Patrick Schneider-Sikorsky

Patrick leads capacity and ecosystem building at the NIF, focusing on Central and Eastern Europe from London and Warsaw. He collaborates with startups, VC funds, NATO’s DIANA, industry, and governments to drive deep tech innovation in underserved regions. Formerly a partner at Beast Ventures, he invested in seed-stage deep tech startups. With expertise in foreign policy, intelligence, and security, Patrick holds degrees from Oxford, London, and MIT and founded CASTAR and MIT Alumni Angels U.K.
