1. Event Registration and Participation
Access and Registration
- The unDavos website is publicly accessible without registration.
- To attend events, users must either:
- hold an Access Pass (paid, with priority access and additional benefits), or
- register for Free Access (subject to room capacity, later registration windows, and limited opportunities).
Access Pass
- Paid product providing priority registration, event access, and eligibility for certain sessions or speaking opportunities.
- Personal and non-transferable. Unless otherwise stated in writing, non-refundable.
Free Access
- Limited by venue capacity, later registration release, and exclusion from some opportunities.
- Admission not guaranteed.
Ticketed Events
- Some events require a separate ticket (even for Access Pass holders).
- Ticket purchases are subject to separate refund policies provided at purchase.
Future Event Communications
Your data may be used to inform you of future events (e.g., unDavos 2026, 2027). You may opt out during registration or at any time. One annual reconfirmation email may be sent to confirm preferences.
Code of Conduct
All participants must act professionally, respectfully, and responsibly. unDavos may deny entry or remove participants violating these standards, without refund.
2. Intellectual Property
- Website Content: All original content (text, logos, images, designs, audio) is owned or licensed by unDavos. Use requires written permission.
- Attendee-Created Content: By posting comments, photos, or media on unDavos platforms, you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence for internal summit use. Public promotional use requires your explicit consent.
- Event Materials: Materials shared at unDavos are for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use requires prior agreement.
3. Recordings and Use of Media
- Summit Recordings: Sessions may be recorded (video/audio), including incidental audience interactions. By attending, you consent. Designated no-recording areas are available.
- Speakers: By accepting a speaking role, you grant unDavos the right to record, reproduce, and distribute your contributions for event, archive, and promotional use in all media formats now known or later developed.
4. Website Use
- Content is for general information only, without guarantee of completeness, accuracy, or timeliness.
- Users must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt functionality, or extract data via automated systems.
5. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, unDavos/Orcasci Ltd shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or event participation.
- Nothing excludes liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or mandatory legal obligations.

6. Changes
These Terms may be updated at any time. Updates will be posted with a “last revised” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Terms and Conditions for Speakers and Sponsors
1. Scope
Applies to all Speakers and Sponsors of the unDavos Summit. Incorporates unDavos Website Terms and Privacy Policy.
2. Definitions
- Speaker: Individual invited or applying to present, moderate, or participate in the Summit. Selection at unDavos’s discretion.
- Sponsor: Organization providing financial/in-kind support in return for agreed benefits.
3. Permissions and Content Usage
Speakers:
- Grant unDavos rights to use name, title, org, image, and submitted materials in promotions.
- Agree that contributions may be recorded, reproduced, and shared across event platforms and archives.
Sponsors:
- Grant use of name, logo, description, and URL in promotional content.
- May review materials; non-response within 5 business days = deemed approval.
4. Data Use
- Public info (e.g., name, title, org) may be used for promotion.
- Private info (e.g., email, phone) used only for logistics, stored securely, not shared without consent.
5. Data Deletion
- Participants may request deletion at any time.
- Sponsors failing to meet obligations (e.g., payment) may be removed from event materials.
6. Intellectual Property
- Speakers: Retain IP rights; grant unDavos a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use materials for event purposes.
- Sponsors: Retain ownership of branding; used only as agreed.
7. Liability
Speakers and Sponsors warrant accuracy of information and indemnify unDavos/Orcasci Ltd against claims from submitted content or breach of terms.
8. Changes
unDavos may update terms with 10 business days’ notice. Continued participation = acceptance.
9. Governing Law
England and Wales law applies; exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

By selecting “I agree”, Speakers and Sponsors confirm they have read and accepted these terms.
