Dr. Max Bernt

As Taxbit's Global Head of Regulatory Affairs and Managing Director for Europe, Max serves as Co-Chair of the Business Advisory Group in the OECD's negotiations on the Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework and as a Board Member of the European Commission-founded INATBA. He holds a PhD in transnational criminal law and regulatory affairs, has over eight years of experience in criminal defense litigation, and also lectures at various universities on the subject of digital asset regulation.
