Dr. Eva-Maria Hempe

Dr. Hempe is a physicist by training who enjoys applying scientific thinking to a variety of different fields, especially health care management. For her PhD thesis she investigated to which extent structured engineering-type problem solving can be applied to the design of health care services. She has since joined Bain & Company, where she works mainly on a wide spectrum of health care projects, from pharma to nursing care, but is also exploring other industries, such as automotive and tech.
