Caterina Mattle

With nearly 15 years of experience in the energy industry, Caterina Mattle is a Managing Director on the Investments team at Energy Infrastructure Partners. She plays a leading role in origination of new deals, transactions and asset management decisions. She brings a political lens to system-critical assets that fall at the center of public interest, such as EIP's investment in Swissgrid, Switzerland's national high-voltage power grid. Having started her career in the CEO headquarters of the Nord Stream Project, Caterina subsequently gained an in-depth understanding of the political processes and stakeholders in Bern where she built up the Secretary General of the Swiss Conference of the Cantonal Ministers of Energy (EnDK). Caterina holds a Swiss Bar exam.
